The friendly village of St Merryn lies less than half a mile away and is affectionately known as “Seven Bays for Seven Days” a nod to the seven stunning beaches that surround it. In the village, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay: a bakery, convenience store, and a traditional fish and chip shop. The popular Cornish Arms, owned by Rick Stein, is just a five-minute stroll along the main road, and there’s also a seasonal restaurant just a few yards from the barn.
