The park is tucked into the hillside, about 300 metres from beautiful Tresaith Beach, renowned for its cliffside waterfall and rock pools, and also a great base for swimming, surfing, kayaking and sailing. If you don't feel like cooking, the village pub, also just metres away, serves classic dishes, and it's only 8 miles to Cardigan where there's a choice of shops and eateries – plus the historic castle. Walkers can stroll along the coast path, enjoying stunning views and looking out for seals and dolphins in the water as you go. Head to Cenarth Falls (8 miles) for a riverside wander and afternoon tea, or to New Quay, 12 miles away, for a dolphin-spotting boat trip.

Head up three steps to the decking and the front door, strolling inside to find a bright, modern space with a vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The welcoming lounge area features soft seating, a Smart TV and a pebble-effect electric fire – perfect for snuggling up after a day by the sea. In the U-shaped kitchen you'll have all the essential appliances for creating hearty meals, with a dishwasher to make cleaning up quick and easy, and there's a spacious table where everyone can sit down together. When night falls, all three bedrooms are on the same level, including a sumptuous double with a dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms – a double and a twin – share a family bathroom which has a separate bath and shower.
