A stunning, contemporary house set in a cliff top position in the prestigious area of Alum Chine. The house boasts spectacular panoramic views from the three levels of the house. The vista stretches across from the Isle of Wight to Old Harry Rocks on the Isle of Purbeck. Enjoy the view over the beach from the end of the garden which takes in the golden sands, the promenade with beach huts and Bournemouth Pier.

Just a short stroll away is Alum Chine beach, with a lovely Italian restaurant and a great play park for the kids. There is also a land train in the summer months that runs from the stop here to Bournemouth Pier along the promenade. The pretty village of Westbourne is also within walking distance, along the treelined chine path. With an array of shops, boutiques and places to eat, it is a favourite spot for lunch or dinner.

The house is arranged over three floors with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area plus one ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. A separate lounge and a bedroom on the first floor and the master room with balcony and fourth bedroom on the second. The garden has a large patio, lawned area and a seating area at the end of the garden to enjoy the amazing views.
