With the Southwest Coast Path running through the village, it also makes a great base for keen walkers. Whilst locally, Bigbury-On-Sea and the neighbouring beach Bantham, are known for the amazing surf!
The property style is reverse level, a wonderful space upstairs awaits you. With the sun shining and the bi fold doors wide open, sipping a glass of wine while watching the ever-changing tide that is in front of you would most certainly be a highlight! The first floor is a large open plan living space allowing you to enjoy time together. The ground floor bedrooms are spacious, with each room having its own access to outside. The Pilchard Inn is 10 minutes’ walk across the beach when the tide is out, or a ride on the iconic beach tractor through the waves when the tide is in. There is a small convenience store in the neighbouring cove a short walk away, open from Easter to the end of October. As well as the village shop, a few minutes’ drive away there is an excellent village store as well as a couple of popular pubs (The Journey’s End & The Pickwick) serving great food and the fantastic Oyster Shack restaurant. Discovery Surf School offers lessons and equipment from the beach, where there is also a café and beach shop.
Accommodation
The main entrance is along the left-hand side of the property. Front door leads into the hallway and stairs leading up to the first floor.

Bedroom 3 with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, door to outside space at the rear of the property.

Outside
The front of the property has a grassed area alongside the driveway. A pathway including 5 steps runs along the side of the house around to the rear where there is a seating area. A lawned area sits next to the patio. Off the patio there are steps leading down to the outside space by the bedrooms. There is an outside shower in the back garden, with a tap and hose by the front door, meaning it is the perfect place to wash off sandy toes and wetsuits!
Parking
There are two parking spaces on the driveway, in front of the property. One car in the front of the other.
