With five well-appointed bedrooms, The Old Barn comfortably accommodates twelve guests, making it perfect for families and friends seeking a spacious retreat. Inside, triple-height ceilings, exposed beams and stone walls create a light-filled and characterful space, while the open-plan living area provides a wonderful setting for family gatherings or getaways with friends.

Step outside onto the impressive new deck complete with a luxury hot tub, sun loungers, comfortable seating, and outdoor dining area. Families are well catered for with thoughtful features such as stair gates and flexible sleeping arrangements.

Guests have full access to Coulscott's 20 acres of grounds, with meadows and streams, woodland trails, over 50 friendly animals, and safe places for children to roam and play. There's even a 5 acre dog walking meadow at the end of a beautiful grass path, for off lead enjoyment.

Within the grounds is the heated indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, WC and showers, large wooden outdoor children's play area, games room with table football and table tennis, dedicated under 5's soft play area. honesty shop, extensive kitchen garden and giant fire pit area for all guests to enjoy.
