Farthing Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom, recently refurbished 19th-century fisherman's cottage made from traditional local Purbeck stone. This fabulous bolt hole is just moments from super eateries , boutique shops and galleries. Just a short stroll to the superb beaches of Swanage bay. Farthing Cottage really is in the heart of this seaside town. You can also explore the Jurassic Coast world heritage site, Durlston Country park, Swanage railway and the majestic Corfe Castle just a short drive away.

This stunning cottage is full of character. The ground floor comprises of the kitchen, dining area and living room. The stylish lounge area is welcoming and comfortable, with DAB radio and flat screen smart TV, the perfect place to relax. Enjoy cooking a meal in the cottage kitchen, with flagstone flooring and wooden units enhance the cottage feel, the open plan layout leads to the dining area.

On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom, tastefully decorated with stripped wooden flooring and views of the garden. On the same level is the family bathroom, with separate shower in the next room. Another set of wooden stairs lead to the second bedroom, with a king size bed, beautifully furnished to a high standard.

From the lounge area is the quaint garden, with a paved area, pretty shrubs and outside seating which is a lovely space for al fresco dining in the summer.

Outside: A small, pretty garden with a terrace area, a patio furniture set, a bench at the end and some cottage style planting. There is also a washing line.

Parking: Private parking space located in a small car park just behind the cottage.

Fuel: Gas central heating. Logs are provided for the wood burner in the winter months.
