Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and views of the Island across to Hayle Towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Steep narrow staircase to Attic floor (14 steps) with 2 x 3ft beds, TV and panoramic view to the Island, Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Towans and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle (maximum height 6ft) , wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.

Garden and Parking: Decked patio area with furniture. No parking at the property, the nearest public parking is The Station Car Park or Park Avenue.

Power and heating: Central heating, gas and electricity included.

Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
