A sociable open-plan living space awaits on the ground floor, complete with cushy sofas and a Smart TV on one side, a bespoke fitted kitchen on the other and a large dining table at the centre. A utility room and downstairs WC add versatility to this floor, and you'll find all of the four bedrooms up on the first floor. Three offer versatile zip-and-link beds, and one is laid out with its own en-suite. The remaining bedrooms share the use of a large, invigorating bathroom. Back downstairs, step out of French doors to reach the sprawling garden, set to lawn and furnished for your al fresco afternoons.

Whilst the centre of the village is around 0.5 miles away, you'll need to travel a little further to reach the beach. Cley Beach is around 3 miles away, offering a 2-mile stretch of shingle shoreline for sunbathing and swimming. From here, admire the view of Blakeney Point (3 miles). Whilst this is a destination for seal spotting, you can also embark on a boat trip from Morston Quay (2 miles) to get even closer to the resident pups.
