Situated on Island Road in the popular Downalong area of the town this ground floor studio apartment is just a few minutes away from the shops, beaches and restaurants and just a stones throw from the Island. It has been tastefully modernised and with the location it makes the perfect base for couples to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer.

A stable door takes you into this beautiful studio apartment. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. To the rear of the apartment is the living and bedroom area which has a double bed (4’6), Smart TV with DVD player. Off the sleeping area is the shower room which has a shower, wash basin and wc.
