The lounge has double aspect views and access to the balcony, there is a TV and DVD player. Also on this floor is a cloakroom with wash basin and WC. Downstairs are two double en-suite bedrooms both with 2 x 3ft zip and link beds, TVs (1 smart TV), baths with showers over, wash basins and WC. The twin room has 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room with large cubicle, wash basin and WC. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Hot and cold running shower is available outside.
