Sapphire Cottage is a quintessential two-bedroom cottage located at the end of a quiet pedestrian lane in St Ives. The residential location is tranquil yet within walking distance of the golden sandy beaches, restaurants and independent shops the town has to offer. The cottage has recently been tastefully refurbished and has an attractive cottage garden to enjoy a glass of something chilled after a day on the beach.

GROUND FLOOR

Living Room: A light and bright room with comfy seating, Smart TV and a dedicated office area.

Kitchen/Dining Area: The good size kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, pour over coffee maker, no filters required and filter coffee not provided, along with a washing machine. There is also a dining table and chairs overlooking the pretty cottage garden.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table & stool and far-reaching sea views.

Bedroom 2: Single bed and bedside table.

Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin with vanity unit, electrical towel rail and WC.

Outside: A rear cottage garden and an enclosed storage area to the front of Sapphir, which is ideal for beach equipment and bicycles.

Pets: 2 dogs welcome – £25 per dog per week. Information about bringing your dog.

Arrival: 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating and gas fire.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot (please bring your own linen for travel cot).

Parking: Private parking in garage number 10, signposted Sapphire Cottage, for 1 car. Cars are not allowed to be parked on the pavement outside the garage, the car MUST be inside the garage. Note the garage is open – there is no door and is located approximately 1 minutes walk from the property within Trerice Place, St Ives TR26 1AT. Dimensions: Width 8ft and Height 7ft – Length is 16ft. Length is not an issue as the garage has no door it's ok to even park a motorcycle at the front of garage according to the deeds. As long as it's not a low base sports car or extra long car then it should fit.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking.
