Prepare hearty feasts for your family and friends in the exceptional kitchen and then gather round the table in the dining room for jolly holiday meals. Venture upstairs to a double bedroom and a twin, accessed by three more stairs There is also a luxurious super-king, with an en-suite shower room and French doors on to a balcony with sea views. Stroll 500 metres from the house down to the pier, where you can browse in the outlets, dine out and walk along the boardwalk to see the water clock. Southwold's boating lake is also down here. Take the children on a 1-mile walk to the harbour to go crabbing.
