This appealing cottage stretches out over three floors, on the ground floor, find a well-equipped kitchen with all you need for a self-catered stay. The lounge next door is utterly inviting with sofas to snuggle up on, a wood burner and a Smart TV. Stream a film that you've been waiting to watch before retiring to bed. Upstairs, a king-size bedroom sits alongside an en-suite bathroom with all the facilities you may need. At the top of the house, find a cosy snug offering an office space, ideal for remote working. Outside, enjoy the sun-soaked courtyard at the rear. This enclosed outdoor area offers a bistro table and chairs for sitting and sipping your first coffee of the day.

Southwold is a thriving seaside town with so many appeals, including its traditional pier, the historic lighthouse and the local Adnams Brewery for sampling a local beer (all less than 0.5 miles). You can enjoy a gentle stroll along the coast path to Walberswick (1.5 miles), crossing the river via passenger ferry in the summer and enjoying a freshly caught seafood meal on the other side.
