Large four bedroom holiday home with hot tub in Westward Ho a short walk from the beach. The house is pet friendly and sleeps eight ideal for families or groups of friends on coastal holidays in North Devon.
Entering the property on the ground floor, the hallways takes you to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features a Smart TV, comfortable seating and French doors which lead out to the rear garden. Leading off the lounge area is a snug room with a Smart TV, ideal for teens or adults looking for some down time, also books and games can also be found here for you to enjoy.
Back through to the lounge area and the open plan kitchen/dining area which offers plenty of room to eat as well as a well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, and American style fridge/freezer. In the entrance hall there is a separate WC and an internal door leading through to the garage/games room which has a pool table, table football, darts and a utility area with washing machine.
Heading up to the first floor there are four bedrooms, one king size with Smart TV and an en suite shower room with WC, one twin room with zip and link with 2' 6" beds (which can be made up as a king size on request), one double and one bunk bedroom, both having a sea view.
The bathroom completes the accommodation with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside from the lounge area onto a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ ideal for spending relaxed evenings. There is a generous lawn area, perfect for the children with giant garden games, plus, your own private hot tub. There is off road parking on the drive for two cars.
