Cornwall large dog friendly six bedroom cottage that sleeps 12 in Cawsand near the beach, a wonderful coastal cottage for large families or group holidays by the sea. Close to stunning beaches and a selection of inns and restaurants.
Upon your arrival of this four storey property, you will be greeted by a large entrance hallway, providing ample storage for you to store your walking boots and wellingtons. From the hallway doors lead off to the two ground floor bedrooms, one being a twin with matching bedside tables and views out over the bay and one king size with TV, again with sea views and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
There is also a shower room with shower and WC. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and a door to access the gardens. A staircase will take you to the first floor where you step into the wonderfully spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. This light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides fabulous views across the bay and is the absolute perfect place to gather for that pre meal gathering. A delight for the chefs amongst you.
The kitchen area comprises of an electric range style oven and hob, large larder fridge, two under counter fridges one with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.
