Lounge which provides incredible space for socialising. Huge sofa, smart TV, Bang & Olufsen surround sound speakers, open fire, snug area with board games, french doors to garden with wonderful sea view.

FIRST FLOOR

Mezzanine level with gym area (rowing machine, exercise bike, multi-gym weights) and reading corner. Please be advised of the low level balcony on the mezzanine - there is a bolt on the door to shut this area off to younger children if required.French doors on to balcony with glorious view

Please take care with young children in the garden, particularly around the edge of the garden where the wall is not high, and the steps to the lower terrace. The swimming pool does have a cover for when it is not in use.

There is access to the village centre via 100 gentle steps, and is approx. a 5 minute walk.
