Set over two floors, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living / dining room, and a spacious kitchen with snug, guests at Mila’s Maison can relax in complete comfort and style. Big bay windows in the kitchen and living area have incredible views over the harbour, town and sea and here you’ll be able to entertain, socialise and unwind whether cooking, eating or simply hanging out together. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with a bath and shower, while the twin and double bedrooms share a family shower room.
All that St Ives is famous for lies right on the doorstep. Two of the town’s best beaches including Porthminster and Porthmeor lie a walk away so guests can enjoy surfing, paddle boarding, coasteering, kayaking, sunbathing and swimming.
This apartment is accessed via 12 granite steps from street level, and a further 14 internal stairs up to its first floor. This property’s front door is off a shared entrance hall inside the building

Positioned on the first floor off the split-level landing and accessed via 4 steps. The living room is open plan with the dining area and has two sofas and Smart TV with Freeview. A large bay window showcases wonderful views of the harbour, sea and town

The kitchen is very spacious and has a large sideboard, breakfast island with bar stools, and a snug with sofa and coffee table
Amply equipped with a range of big and small appliances including a double electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. A selection of cookware, utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery, as well as a cafetiere are provided

Parking
An allocated parking space is provided for one vehicle to the side of the building. Please note that this space is tight and is not suitable for large vehicles such as large SUV’s. Large cars can be parked at Park Avenue 2 minutes’ walk away or Trenwith long stay car park 5 minutes’ walk.
