Take the South West Coast Path to Beer (2 miles) and Branscombe, or hop on the Seaton Tramway and visit the Jurassic Centre. Seaton lies at the mouth of the River Axe with a pebble beach facing directly onto Lyme Bay and stretching East to Seaton Hole. The town lies adjacent to the Axe Estuary wetlands and marshes, whilst being surrounding by beautiful rolling Devon countryside and quaint villages. Sidmouth (8 miles) and Lyme Regis (7 miles).

A great choice for dog owners but not secure (dog owners are advised to have pets on a lead). For any guests with mobility issues, there is a gentle sloping pathway at the side of the house which leads to garden and patio.
