From the open plan living area there are triple aspect views overlooking the Salcombe estuary towards the lifeboat on one side and sandy beaches and the Whitestrand pontoon on the other. There truly are few properties in Salcombe than can boast such spectacular views as Quayside. On top of this the property has the huge draw of having great outside space, en suite shower rooms for all four bedrooms and being situated just a short level stroll to all the pubs, shops and restaurants in the town.
