Just two miles north of the pretty harbourside village of St Mawes, this detached double-glazed house with beautiful views, is set in a private road which runs almost down to the creek at St Just in Roseland.

The nearest beach is Rosevine, a five-minute drive, with an expanse of flat sand at low tide. St Mawes has two beaches on either side of the harbour, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, a passenger ferry operating to Falmouth, and the 16th century St Mawes Castle. The coastal footpath nearby leads down to the picturesque church set in magnificent semi-tropical gardens and St Just Pool.
