If you're on the lookout for the perfect pad for your next Newquay holiday, 53 Zinc nails the brief. An airy open-plan entertainment space with a lounge / diner, and fully fitted kitchen all leading out to a sea view balcony, as well as three terrific bedrooms each with their own features. There's the en-suite master bedroom with its balcony and views over the golf course, and a twin, also with its own balcony. The children's bunk room with sea views has a workspace with desk and chair, which is ideal for anyone who still needs to catch up on their emails.

Above the dining area there's a mezzanine level which creates a cool hangout for older children (12+). Parents are advised to supervise children when using the stairs and space

This apartment is on the top floor with lift access from the underground car park to all floors. The front entrance to the building is via a flight of seven steps
