A regular pedestrian ferry runs from Padstow to Rock, and heading inland, the market town of Wadebridge is just 7 miles.

You'll approach the property via the gated access adjacent to the Rock Ferry landing. Once inside, take the stairs or the lift up to the first floor and the apartment, heading straight into a well-appointed kitchen, kitted out with appliances including an air fryer and slow cooker. Walk through the kitchen into the spacious lounge which offers panoramic views, and features a Smart TV, hole-in-the-wall fire, swizzle seats, a sofa, an armchair, and dining table and chairs. Just off the kitchen lies the bedroom boasting a hand-crafted super-king-size bed, Smart TV, and plenty of storage space thanks to the fitted wardrobe and dresser drawers. Just like the lounge, it benefits from wonderful views across the water. The en-suite shower room has a large walk-in shower and a Japanese style WC with built-in bidet, heated seat and remote-control operation. For added convenience, there is another shower room with WC off the hallway.
