Upstairs are a family bathroom and two restful bedrooms: a double and a twin. Outside, a small, enclosed paved garden has patio furniture and a store. There is allocated parking for one car.

The town is renowned for its seafood restaurants, and you can buy the catch of the day on the quayside. Stay on the harbour for boat trips to see the spectacular North Cornwall coast from the sea or spot marine wildlife in their natural habitat. A short ferry ride across the Camel Estuary takes you to the beautiful beach at Rock, where a water sports school offers training sessions in windsurfing, paddleboarding and more. Children and adults alike can improve their game at Trevose Golf Club (4 miles) and enjoy a bike ride or walk along the Camel Trail, with lovely country and estuary views. Classic family beaches nearby include dog friendly Treyarnon Bay (4 miles) and Harlyn Bay (3 miles).
