Inside, an open plan living area opens onto a sunny terrace, taking in the views across the sea and over to Burgh Island and Bigbury-on-Sea. The kitchen is well equipped, with state of the art appliances and a modern-style dining area. Two bedrooms include a gorgeous double with a sea view balcony and a twin (can be king on request) with views of the sea and the National Trust's Bolberry Down, served by a family bathroom. Off-road parking. Salcombe 3.9 miles; Bantham 7.2 miles.
