A wood-clad eco home that sleeps seven, just outside Hope Cove in Devon. Inside a contemporary kitchen with all mod cons and a stylish lounge/diner open onto a sunny deck with seating, table and sun loungers. There is a ground floor triple bedroom and shower room, and upstairs there are two more king-size bedrooms, both with en-suites. Parking for three cars including electric Vehicle charging
Hope Cove is just half a mile away with two golden sandy beaches, a shop and several pubs/restaurants as well as The Cottage Hotel serving a fabulous Devon cream tea. Many scenic walks pass numerous South Hams beaches, including Salcombe and Dartmouth.
Front door into kitchen with undercounter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob, built in electric double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and boiling water tap. Breakfast bar with two stools.
Lounge area with 2 x sofas, TV and dining table to seat 8. French doors to decking.
Ground floor bedroom 1 with 3ft bunk beds (Top bunk suitable for under 12's only) and single 3ft bed (can be made into a double bed - please enquire if required).
Ground floor utility and shower room with washing machine, tumble dryer and coat hooks. Shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Stairs to 1st floor:
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, TV and wardrobe.
En suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC, basin and towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed, chest of drawers and cupboard with hanging rail.
En-suite bathroom with bath and handheld shower, separate shower cubicle WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside: Decking with lounger chairs and patio area.
Parking: Parking for three cars including electric Vehicle charging outdoor socket. Guests must provide their own leads.
