All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburner.

Please note there are 8 to 10 steps at front to access property with a hand rail to one side. No disabled access.
