Situated close to the popular ‘top shops’ of Newton Road and Underhill Park it is a ‘walk anywhere’ property with the promenade and the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland all close by.
Visitors can also head 50 yards down a gentle hill to an interiors shop situated at the end of Woodville Road and a fish and chip shop just across the road.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, which can be linked together to make a king size bed, a double wardrobe.
External: Secluded courtyard garden at the back of the property with decking and some planting.
