Step through the front door of this modern property into the hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off buckets and spades before heading into the welcoming lounge.
The lounge is light and airy and offers a choice of two comfy sofas for gathering the family together around the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite programmes. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for all your culinary needs and the dining area which overlooks the garden is the perfect place for a family board game after dinner.
Completing the ground floor is the cloakroom with WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find two of the bedrooms: a spacious super king with and en suite shower room and a king size bedroom. The family bathroom is also located on this floor.
