The South West Coast Path offers miles of scenic walking nearby, while family-friendly attractions such as The Milky Way Adventure Park (18 miles) provide a great day out. With easy access to both North Cornwall and North Devon, this location is perfectly suited to exploring the best of the region.

Inside, the cottage is thoughtfully laid out on one level, making it particularly suitable for families with young children or guests with limited mobility. The front door opens directly into a generous open-plan living space, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax together. Comfortable seating surrounds the TV and DVD, while the dining area provides space for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self-catering, with ample worktop space and modern appliances. From the living area, doors lead to two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and the other a twin — along with a large family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, ideal for unwinding after busy days out.

Outside, a private patio area with a picnic table offers an easy spot for outdoor dining or keeping an eye on little ones at play. From here, a short walk leads to the on-site play area and onwards to the excellent shared facilities, including the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of September), hot tub, and tennis court.
