For outdoor lovers, the nearby Tarka Trail provides a flat, traffic free route for walking or cycling along the river estuary to Braunton Burrows (1.5 miles) which is a must visit with its roiling dunes, wildflowers and paths leading to the golden coastline of Saunton Sands (2.5 miles) and Croyde Bay (3.5 miles). Additionally, the beautiful nearby countryside includes Exmoor National Park, a short 10-mile drive away.

The ground floor features a sleek gallery kitchen with a breakfast bar, (with seating for two) complimented by a practical utility room, which provides space for wet suits, and includes guest storage space, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living and dining space is centred around a striking spiral staircase with generous seating and a smart TV with bookshelves that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs you will find four delightful bedrooms comprising: a super king-size zip and link bed (that can be divided into two singles upon request); two double bedrooms, and a bunk bed room. All bedrooms are warm and comfortable and will ensure a great night's sleep. TVs are provided in the double bedrooms. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a shower, separate bath and WC. Downstairs there is a WC in the utility room and in the surf/beach room (off the rear decking) there is a shower, WC and sink.

Rounding off this stunning property, there is a rear and secluded decking area, that has garden furniture for those that like al fresco dining, with BBQ facilities. The Surf/Beach room is off the rear decking and has an outside power point for those that need to recharge. Roadside parking close by to the property, there is also a public car park across the road, charges apply.
