A spacious pet friendly holiday house that sleeps ten, overlooking Salcombe sea views in Devon. Within a mile of Salcombe's beaches, North Sands and South Sands and boasting large entertaining areas, including the generous open plan kitchen/diner that leads to furnished outside terrace with BBQ. Six bedrooms include a master en-suite on the second floor, a king-size and a twin with a Jack and Jill en-suite on the first floor and a double, a single and a bunk room on the ground floor, served by a shower room. Private parking fro two cars.

Open plan kitchen dining room with electric cooker, gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dining table to seat 8/10, access to patio.
Utility room off kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, built in eye level cooker, fridge, freezer.
Bedroom 3 with 4ft6 double bed.
Bedroom 5 with 3ft bunk bed.
Bedroom 6 with 3ft single bed.

First floor:

Master bedroom with 6ft super king size bed and balcony.
Adjoining bathroom with bath with hand held shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Patio area at the front with table and chairs, barbecue and stunning sea views. Steps down to lawn (with steep slope at bottom).
Private parking for 2 cars.
