Stairs lead up into the spacious lounge, a beautifully decorated room with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and picturesque views. The lounge leads directly into the light and charming bedroom with a lovely king-size bed and an invigorating en-suite shower room. Stepping outside, you can enjoy a morning coffee at the front of the property, or spend a relaxing afternoon in the generous walled garden. Shared with the owner”s property, the walled garden has a large lawn and several seating areas, perfect for taking in the peaceful surroundings. During the summer months, you can take a dip in the shared outdoor swimming pool.

Knapton is a picturesque village just a couple of miles from the beautiful Norfolk coast. Mundesley (2 miles) has a gorgeous sandy beach, with further charming beaches at Bacton to the east and Trimingham to the west (both within 3 miles). The lively resort of Cromer (9 miles) has a bustling seafront and pier, or you can head inland to visit a choice of popular local attractions including Wroxham Barns, Felbrigg Hall and the Blickling Estate, all within 12 miles.
