Fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and AEG electric oven with hob. Washing Machine, TV, DVD player. WiFi. Electric heaters in each room and hot water via immersion. Children welcome (highchair, cot and stairgate available on request). An annual parking permit for one car is provided for the long-stay public car park (usually in Mayors Avenue and subject to available spaces) or the Dartmouth Park and Ride. Bed linen and towels supplied. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: No parking at the property - parking permit supplied. The car park is approximately 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Please note that the Mayors Avenue Car Park is closed for the Regatta Week and parking will be at the Dartmouth Park & Ride.
