A beautifully refurbished house plus separate studio that sleeps up to ten, moments from East Portlemouth Beach, overlooking Salcombe Estuary in Devon. Inside a light filled interior flows throughout spacious living spaces with views through the valley to the Estuary, whilst providing every home comfort. Outside a large garden with two furnished terraces and a BBQ, one in front of the main house and one outside the studio. Bedrooms include two king-size rooms, a twin and a bunk room in the main house, as well as another kingsize room in the studio. Parking for 3-4 Cars on drive. Beach 0.4 miles.
Moments from East Portlemouth Beach and the foot ferry to Salcombe across the Estuary (280 yards). The village itself has a café, the fabulous Port Waterhouse, with pop up dining events and a bar open seasonally, and some fabulous sandy beaches along with direct access to the South West Coast Path. A very scenic two mile walk takes you to The Gara Rock Hotel, serving delicious food with some of the best scenery a restaurant could provide, plus a spa and cinema room. The nearby village of South Pool also boasts a gastro pub, the Millbrook Inn. Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are also worth a visit.
