Further afield is Bude a firm favourite with visitors and where you can enjoy numerous beaches plus boating on the canal as well as typical seaside amenities, well worth a visit.
Entering the cottage through the porch takes you into the dining room with stone floor and exposed beams it showcases the age of the cottage. A warm and welcoming lounge is to your left, and this has a huge fireplace with open woodburner (logs included) Smart TV and comfy seating. Heading back through the dining room takes you to the galley kitchen, newly fitted with granite worksurfaces and everything you need to cater for your stay. The steep cottage style open tread stairs leads up from the dining room to the first floor and an open plan bunk room (Two full size bunk beds) cleverly designed to offer privacy. The landing area leads to the spacious and stylish family bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. The master bedroom offers a double bed and double aspect windows and exposed beams and from where you can look out to the sea, Lundy Island and beyond.
Outside there is a rear garden that wraps around the side of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. Follow the garden path up to the garage. A gate leads to the parking area. Allocated parking for 1 car in front of the garage, other vehicles can park roadside nearby. A small shed known as the donkey stable at the front of the property has a log store and a freezer.
