This gorgeous cottage tucks right into the heart of the Downalong, the town's historic fishermen's quarter, and is just a 2-minute walk from the harbour and Porthmeor Beach.

A beautifully refurbished, pet-friendly home; its thick walls with the original stone exposed, frame an elegantly furnished space. The cottage has three lovely bedrooms – a gorgeous double with its own en-suite shower room, a luxurious top-floor master suite with a roll-top bath, and a super bunk room perfect for little ones. The ground floor living room has plenty of seating, with a log burner keeping the cottage cosy and warm during the cooler seasons. A lovely kitchen sits alongside the living room with a farmhouse-style dining table, making for a delightful place to cook and dine together.

A truly magical spot along the Cornish coast, St Ives is dotted with art galleries, studios, and boutiques, as well as many fantastic restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and coffee shops. On days when you're not at the beach, you can stroll through the area's charming lanes (with names like Salubrious Place and Teetotal Street) to find a beautifully crafted memento to take home or visit nearby places like Hayle, Lelant, and Carbis Bay. The whole of St Ives Bay boasts many more excellent sandy beaches, including Porthminster, Hayle Towans, and Gwithian – all featuring golden sands, clear waters, and spectacular views.

A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided, as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

Dining Room
A dining table within the kitchen space with six chairs. There is a door opening to the small courtyard at the back of the cottage

Master Bedroom
Situated upstairs on the top floor, this large and luxurious bedroom features a king-size bed and a free-standing roll-top bath
Bedside tables with lamps, a hanging rail for clothes, a mirror, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a Smart TV (with Freeview) and a DVD player, and a hairdryer

Bedroom Two (en-suite)
Situated on the first floor, this elegant bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a Smart TV (with Freeview), and a hairdryer

This first-floor bedroom is ideal for children and is furnished with bunk beds, a built-in wardrobe, a mirror, a lamp and a little stool

Located on the first floor, the family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet

A small courtyard at the back of the cottage is furnished with a bistro table and chairs. This space has a gate which other cottage residents may use as access, so the area isn't secure for dogs

Parking
The long-stay Island Car Park is a minute's walk from the property, but please note that it is very popular, so space is limited during the busier months
