Begin with a wander along Happisburgh Beach (2 miles), a vast stretch of sand perfect for dog walking, fossil hunting or simply soaking up the salty sea air. From here, it’s a short stroll to the striking Happisburgh Lighthouse, the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia. If you fancy a classic beach day, head to Sea Palling (4.5 miles), where Blue Flag sands and calm, shallow waters make it fantastic for swimming, sunbathing or hiring equipment for paddleboarding and other water sports. Alternatively, visit Mundesley (8.5 miles) – a traditional seaside village with colourful beach huts, tempting cafes and a laid-back, friendly feel. Nature lovers will be drawn to Hickling Broad (6.5 miles), where you can spot rare birds, take a boat trip or explore tranquil nature trails.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-plan living space, thoughtfully designed for relaxed, easy holiday living. There’s also a small, grassed area with direct access to the paddock. Guests share access to the paddock with the other properties on-site, with only one property using it at a time unless both parties (and their dogs) are happy to mingle. With off-road parking for two cars, you can come and go with ease throughout your stay.
