This very pretty and beautifully presented cottage is in the village of Lelant on the main road to Carbis Bay and St Ives.

Lelant has everything a Cornish village should have including the lovely St Uny church, two popular pubs, some great eateries AND the gorgeous sandy beach at Porthkidney is just a few minutes walk away. Talking of walking, the RSPB Hayle Estuary reserve is less than a miles walk of Halfpenny.

Lelant also benefits from great local transport links including the branch railway line that travels direct into St Ives (limited service) and the seasonal open top sightseeing bus that travels around West Cornwall.

For visitors to Cornwall travelling by train, the nearby station at St Erth is one of the final stops en-route to Penzance from London Paddington and is less than 2 miles from Halfpenny Cottage.
