If you can tear your eyes away there's also a Smart TV for entertainment. A table for two provides a spot for cream teas and meals of local seafood. The compact kitchen beyond has been carefully designed to provide everything the cook will need, plus that all-important coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find a bright double bedroom, again with gorgeous views over the village roofs and harbour, and an en-suite bathroom. As an extra treat, steps outside lead to a secret garden next to the property, where the exotic planting includes bananas and palm trees. Here, you can cook your supper on the BBQ and dine on the terrace as you plan your next day's adventures.

Reached via a pedestrian walkway, the cottage is within 150 metres of Mousehole's delightful shops and eateries. Spend hours getting lost in its maze of medieval streets and take in the view of St Michael's Mount from the sea wall. Set off on the coast path for a walk to the enchanting Lamorna Cove, 2.5 miles, or the market town of Penzance in the opposite direction, 3.5 miles. Exploring further, Land”s End, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno, the Minack Theatre and St Ives are all within 12 miles.
