Situated in the popular Crawshay Court, it has many activities and attractions right on the doorstep including the Langland Bay Golf Club which welcomes guests and was awarded the title of ‘The Best Golf Club in Wales 2013’. There are tennis courts and the stunning Wales Coastal Path which offers amazing views in both directions whether heading towards Caswell Bay or towards Mumbles.

There are several restaurants/cafes within easy reach: Langland’s Brasserie and The Surfside Cafe are both located next to the beach. The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes in the car.
