The property itself sleeps 12 in 6 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, across 3 floors as well as 2 balcony/terraces and a patio courtyard with direct access to the water.

The property is situated perfectly in the charming character village of Kingswear that has a couple of shops, pubs, cafes and a restaurant. A short walk away you will find the South Dartmoor Steam Railway giving you a unique travel experience to Paignton. You can easily catch the car and passenger ferry to the historic maritime town of Dartmouth where you will find an array of boutique bars, shops, award winning restaurants and cafes, nestled within the bustling Marina.

Ravenswell is a truly magnificent property with unrivalled views that makes for the perfect retreat for families, generations, friends and milestone celebrations. It is also a great location for walking, paddle boarding, kayaking and wild swimming.

Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in th Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis. EV charger at car park.

Notes – No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. 2 travel cots & 2 highchairs available. Strong mobile phone signal. Property is close proximity to water, children should be supervised. Please be aware Beacon Road, the road that approaches Ravenswell is 6’6″ wide therefore, most cars do not fit down this road. Parking for two small cars outside of the house, check width . Please approach this road at your own risk.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
