The property is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac and is within comfortable walking distance of the seafront promenade with its mile long beach, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The coastal town of Seaton is situated at the mouth of the River Axe with a pebble beach facing directly on towards Lyme Bay. The town lies adjacent to the Axe Estuary wetlands and marshes, whilst being surrounding by beautiful rolling Devon countryside and quaint villages. A visit on the Seaton to Colyton tramway is a must and not to be missed. Located close by is the classic popular village of Beer (2 miles), Regency Town of Sidmouth (8 miles) and Lyme Regis (7 miles) with the famous Cobb.
