They are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful and popular family beach at Porthminster.

Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and 3ft bunks.

This apartment can be let in conjunction with Flat 1, 4 Fernlea Terrace to provide accommodation for 2 family groups (8 people + 2 children).

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm – departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
