This Cornwall coastal holiday home has been newly renovated for 2024 and sleeps eight in four bedrooms with pets welcome. Located near Hayle this stunning period farmhouse is perfect for family gatherings with hot tub and games room included. Enclosed large garden, perfect for children and dogs to run free.
On arrival, head through the front door into the hallway and hang up your outer wear. Head left into the cosy yet spacious lounge with seating for all to gather and watch a film on the Smart TV. Throw a log or two on the fire, kick back and relax. From the entrance hall, you'll find the games room with multi use table including air hockey, pool and table tennis, along with a darts board, ideal to keep the children amongst you entertained!
You'll find an office snug room in case you need to use your computer or fancy relaxing with a good book from the wide selection provided around the house. Head through to the social heart of this home, the kitchen/diner. The kitchen truly is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, whether it's a big family feast or a picnic to take on a day's adventure.
Gather round for a lazy breakfast at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone whilst overlooking the garden. From the kitchen you'll find the spacious utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower room with WC, which is perfect after a day at the beach. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you'll find the super king size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower with attachment and WC.
The "french room" has a super king size bed, is wonderfully styled and has plenty of storage. The "garden room" has a calming style with a king size bed and is incredibly spacious. The final bedroom is a twin and faces the front of the property with a colourful interior. Completing to property is a bathroom with bath, rainfall shower with attachment and WC.
Heading outside from the kitchen diner, you'll see the raised decking area with hot tub and ice bath so you can relax and unwind completely whilst the children play in the huge garden. There's also sofa seating and a gas BBQ for summer nights in.
