Sunnyhill Mews is a lovely two bedroom holiday cottage situated in the quiet residential Warberries area of Torquay Devon. The cottage is set within the private gated landscaped grounds of an elegant Victorian villa, the villa has been converted into a small number of luxury residential apartments and Sunnyhill Mews is one of only six quality homes overlooking the private courtyard within the grounds and enjoys a peaceful location. A walk of approximately 15 minutes will take you downhill to Torquay’s waterfront with it’s Marina, Harbour, shopping centre and beaches, a walk in the opposite direction, toward Babbacombe, will take you to the area’s excellent local shops, the Model Village, the Bygones Museum and the paths down to both Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches. Sunnyhill Mews provides good quality accommodation in a peaceful yet convenient location. Free Wi~fi is provided.

Living/dining area

The living area has a two seater sofa with two tub chairs, there is a flat screen TV with DVD and WIFI. In the dining area, there is a wooden table with four chairs which overlooks the front garden.

Kitchen

There is an electric oven, a gas hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Utility Room

Has a washing machine, WC and basin. Iron and ironing board

Sleeping

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables. The second bedroom has one double bed and a single bed, the bedrooms are heated by radiators.

Bathroom

Has a bath with hand held shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside

Enclosed front patio garden. Private allocated parking space. Wi~Fi available.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
