With the most wonderful panoramic ocean views over the rugged North Devon coastline and Bristol Channel, this stylish and individual first-floor apartment is located in the popular harbour town of Ilfracombe. If you are looking for a sociable long weekend away with friends or perhaps you're taking a well-deserved week off with your partner or family, this apartment is a real treat.

20 internal steps take you up to the apartment where the centrepiece is the open-plan living area with its generous floor-to-ceiling bay window – a perfect spot to relax over a leisurely meal and admire the stunning vista of waves crashing on the shoreline below, boats passing by on trips to Lundy Island or small fishing vessels on their way back to the harbour. You may even be lucky enough to see seals, porpoises and oystercatchers. A modern, well-equipped kitchen area sits to one side of the living space and from here, doors open out onto the balcony where you can take in the sea air and enjoy a morning coffee whilst planning the day's activities. The lounge has comfy sofas and a Smart TV for evenings in and the master bedroom has a king-size bed and is served by an en-suite shower room. Just a short stroll from the apartment brings you to the historic harbour with Damien Hirst’s imposing bronze sculpture ‘Verity’, while shops, pubs, restaurants and the famous Landmark Theatre are all close by for your stay. Spectacular coastal walks, the golden beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton and the delights of Exmoor National Park, are all also within 11 miles.
