Wander into the kitchen and make the most of the abundant appliances - there is everything you could possibly need for whipping up home-cooked masterpieces. There’s also a dining room for when you’d like to sit down and eat together. Upstairs, there are two king-size bedrooms and a double room. There is also a separate bathroom boasting an indulgent roll-top bath as well as a separate shower. On warm days, get out into the garden with a cup of coffee and a book and soak up the sunshine on the patio, with its table and chairs.

Sandy toes and refreshing dips in the sea are never far away with Cromer Beach only 150 metres from the front door. Be sure to sample the famous Cromer crab from one of the many seafood restaurants along the seafront. There is also a plethora of family attractions nearby, including Amazona Zoo, just 1 mile from the house, and Sheringham (5 miles), where the Poppy Line vintage steam train runs through the town.
