Head up the stairs and take a moment to appreciate the amazing coastal views from this open plan living space, with sliding doors which open out onto a large balcony with seating.

Back inside, comfy seating, stylish decor and the spacious open plan design make this the perfect backdrop for socialising. The spacious kitchen area with island unit and stools has everything you need to cater for your stay, and a large dining table makes for memorable mealtimes.

Heading back through the lounge, which has a media wall with contemporary electric fire and large screen Smart TV. A separate snug provides younger guests to enjoy the pool table as well as games and a Smart TV it s a great area for family games.

Outside, from the lounge, sliding doors lead out to the rear garden across a small bridge leads you to a good size enclosed terraced area with garden furniture, BBQ and pizza oven, ideal for those lazy summer evenings. From here you can enjoy views over the estuary.

On the lower level there is another enclosed lawn area with additional seating and to the side is a hot/cold shower, perfect for washing off dogs or sandy toes.
