Location: Situated in one of Beer’s best locations, only 200 metres from the beach in the very heart of the village, above the prestigious Marine House at Beer art gallery. Wonderful sea and village views with galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Accommodation: Internal stairs to the property, with pretty stained glass windows at one end with seating for those who wish to be alone and read or just relax on your own. Large lounge with quality furnishings, Victorian fireplace for ‘real fires’, mullion bay windows, large Smart TV. Two sofas in rich blue velour, matching dark wood furniture, two chairs and nest of tables in the bay window area which overlooks the street and down to the sea. The kitchen interconnects with the dining room and has sea views, it is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with co-ordinated decor Flat screen TV and ensuite shower room, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and TV it is adjacent to the main bathroom with suite of bath, over bath shower, WC, bidet, and wash basin..
