With sea views from every window and just a stone's throw from the waters edge at Kingsand, this late 18th century mid-terrace former smugglers' cottage overlooks the sand and shingle beach in the heart of the village adjacent to the Clock Tower.
Kingsand and Cawsand have three small beaches with sand and shingle separated by areas of rocks, all with lovely views. The South West Coast Path offers splendid scenery around Penlee Point to Rame Head; Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and Antony House are within a short drive, and there are several golf courses in the immediate area.
Whitsand Bay, 2 miles away, has a long stretch of sand and rocks, and a summer passenger ferry operates from Cawsand Beach across the Sound, landing at the Plymouth Barbican. All of the village amenities are within a couple of minutes' walk, including pubs, cafes and a general store/P.O. The twin village of Cawsand also has a small selection of shops and eateries.
